Since partnering with North Country Healthcare in 2024, our team has provided more than 3,000 cardiology visits and 588 new consults, helping patients receive specialized care without leaving their Growth communities. The introduction of cardiac PET imaging, outreach to partner hospitals like Monadnock Community Hospital, and the addition of a new cardiac surgeon in 2025 further strengthen our ability to deliver coordinated, life-saving care close to home. Expanding surgical access in the Lakes Region: At CH-L, were improving access to advanced, minimally invasive surgery with investments in technologies like robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci Surgical System and specialized treatments such as High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and cryotherapy for prostate cancer, cochlear implants for severe hearing loss, and RhinAer for chronic sinus conditions. These innovations mean shorter recovery times, fewer complications, and less travel for patientsensuring high-quality care is available right where people live and work. Enhancing skilled and restorative care in Franklin: Our growing Skilled and Restorative Care program at Concord Hospital - Franklin (CH-F) helps patients after hospitalization. With expanded therapy programs, increased bed capacity, and planned renovationsincluding therapy simulation areas and a new communal spacepatients can rebuild strength and independence in a comfortable, supportive environment. For families, it means continuity of care and peace of mind during recovery. Rebuilding and expanding primary care access: Access to primary care is foundational to community health. Since October 2024, weve added seven new physicians and one advanced practice provider across the Lakes Regionresulting in more than 1,670 new patient visits and ensuring every practice has a clinician accepting new patients. This fall, a Walk-In Primary Care practice opened in Concord, offering seven-day access from 8 am to 8 pm for convenient, same-day care. These efforts mean more patients can build lasting relationships with trusted providersimproving health, prevention, and continuity across the region.Intentional growth strengthens our communities from the inside out.
