The CH-F and CH-L Nurse Residency Program (NRP) exemplifies this through immersive, hands-on learning. During their summer intensive care camp, one of the programs largest groups of new graduate nurses explored topics such as emergency response, medication safety, stroke care, and sepsis management. This means our patients are being cared for by nurses who are not only clinically skilled, but profoundly prepared for any situation.Led by Nurse Educator Kendall Magee and supported by a broad network of interprofessional colleagues, participants gainednot only clinical skills but also confidence in responding to real-world emergencies.
