b'12Vaccination InitiativesEven before scientists had developed COVID-19 vaccines, the Hospital was developing detailed plans to administer them to patients and staffas soon as possible after approval.The Hospital quickly had to determine who would administer vaccinations, where to hold clinics safely and how to manage the precious supply of medication, while also keeping abreast of changing vaccine guidance.Thanks to the eff ort, hundreds of CHMG patients and thousands more Hospital and CHMG employees received their fi rst and second doses and booster shots.For patients, CHMG established a central vaccination site at Concord Hospital Internal Medicine practice.
